About the Founder
Thembeka Snethemba Jiyane is a passionate and purpose-driven leader, devoted to uplifting communities through faith and action. As the founder of the Blessed Child Empowerment Project, she combines her Christian principles with a deep understanding of youth challenges to create impactful solutions that bring hope and transformation.
A dedicated born-again Christian, Thembeka believes in putting God first in every endeavor. Her work reflects a heart for service, addressing critical issues like unemployment, education gaps, family disconnection, and substance abuse, while celebrating the achievements of young individuals making a difference.
Thembeka’s leadership style is dynamic and inclusive, drawing on her strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience. Her background in IT and analytics equips her with the tools to innovate and drive impactful change in the communities she serves.
